Payment schedule

A deposit of 30 % of the total rental amount must be paid within 10 days of confirmation by bank transfer.

The reservation is considered final upon receipt of deposit.

The balance will be transferred to our account 4 weeks before the start of the rental For last minute bookings, the full amount must be paid at once.

The tenant has any real right on the reservation that when the rental amount was paid in full If the tenant does not comply with its payment obligations within the specified time, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Bank checks are not accepted.

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made

within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

100% of rental price due for early departure

Cancellation by owner: Cancellation by the owner is only accepted if the motive for cancellation is absolutely inevitable. In this case, money will be returned to the customer.

Arrival - Departure time

Rentals are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday except exceptions given by the owner

Arrival - hand out keys

Please contact an employee who will await you and guide you to the villa, we kindly ask to inform us of your arrival time and present yourself at the time previously arranged.

Maximum number of people

It is forbidden to exceed the number of persons agreed at the time of booking except when authorized by the owner before the start of the rental.

The owner reserves the right to deny access to the tenant in the event of over- occupancy or misconduct of one of them. The guarantee will not be returned if exceeded without prior authorization.

Deposit

With the payment of the rental price, a 2000 Euro caution needs to be deposited and paid 30 days prior to arrival, via bank transfer on account of I.P.G. S.A.

It is a security deposit for the house owner, which will cover breakage or misuse of furniture and devices or acts of vandalism. This deposit will be refunded latest 2 weeks

after check out.

The rental price includes

Water, electricity, wifi, bedlines, towels and final cleaning of the house.

WIFI

WIFI access is granted as a courtesy and is not part of the contract. The owner of the villa has tried his utmost to choose an installation that provides best internet access possible, but due to the heavy winds (Mistral), the signal might be weak or interrupted at times. For this reason, the internet access cannot be subject to complaints or compensation.

Power Cuts

Brief power cuts can occur in this area due to strong winds (Mistral). A power cut may cause malfunction of hot water, air-condition or WIFI. In most cases, pushing the reset button of the devices solve the problem. The villa provides an information folder that will give instructions for easy and quick solutions. Brief power or water cuts, visit of ants or disruption of TV signal

due to strong winds are common problems for this region and cannot be subject to complaints or compensations. But please feel free to contact our employee or office, maybe we can help.

Damage

We kindly ask the guests to contact our employee or office when damage to the furniture or installations occurred.

Technical problems

If severe problems or malfunction of devices are encountered, our employee or office must be contacted. The owner must be given a reasonable amount of time to resolve these issues. Compensation payments will only be considered if no solution has been found and enjoyment of the holiday has suffered considerably. Any complaint must be expressed during the holiday. Complaints received after check-out cannot be accepted.

Pool maintenance

The garden and pool need attention during the stay of guests. We will try our utmost to respect our clients privacy, but access needs to be granted to the gardener. If we need access to the house, we will try our best to contact the client before. We ask our guests to leave their mobile number with our employee or office.

Cancellation of contract

The owner may cancel the contract if the tenants repeatedly brake the house rules by (for example) *loud noises *bringing pets without advising *using the house with more people than confirmed in reservation *damaging and misusing the property and inventory In this case, compensation will not be granted

Early Departure

In case of early departure, no refund can be granted

Check out

The keys need to be returned to the employee. When leaving the property, please leave the villa in a tidy condition. Dishes should be washed and all garbage taken to the public container. Garbage container for waste, paper or glass is situated 500m from the villa on the Chemin des Saquèdes. The inspection of the villa in order to return the safety deposit will be done by the cleaning lady in charge. There is no need to wait for a person for inspection and approval prior to the departure.

Disclaimer

The owner cannot be held responsible for any accidents that occur during the stay. Please pay special attention to the risks involved in using the pool. Do never leave children unattended close to the pool (even if fenced off).

Rules of the owner

The villa is situated in a private property, so the rules of the owner apply. These are:

  • Please think with consideration of your fellow neighbors and other vacationists and

refrain from loud noise, crooked parking and depositing waste within the resort.

  • No pets allowed.
  • Please do not park on the road or next to the road. There are parking spaces available at the villa.
  • Caravans and mobile homes cannot park within the domain.
  • The villa provides a spacious, private garden. Please refrain from walking in the private domain.
  • Please do not play loud music outside the villa (garden & terraces)
  • Please respect the neighbors. Silence from 24h until 8h.
  • A drying rack is provided in each villa; please do not hang laundry or towels on the terrace or balconies.
  • no smoking is allowed inside the villa.
  • no barbecue is allowed. A plancha is provided
